Our Heavy Duty Compact Series Production Line III comprises of a cradle style decoiler, straightening, beading, punching, notching, hydraulic folding and hydraulic shearing. It processes maximum coil width 1600mm galvanized steel for upto 1.2mm material into blank for TDF integrated flange duct.
The production line electrical control part adopts full servo control; the control system has a closed-loop feedback system, Accuracy and stability were obvious improved. The maximum operating speed of 18 m / min.
Length tolerance is ±0.5mm; diagonal tolerance is ± 0.8mm. The system can meet the each shift（8 hours） production capacity of 1000m2 duct.

❚Motor driven decoiling, selectable coils stand by, maximum capacity of 5-ton per station ( optional: up to 10-ton per station )

❚PLC control, preset available profiles and folding style, notching size, punching size, cutting dimension on touch screen.
❚This auto line will process 1600mm galvanized steel into blank for plasma cutting machine or notch blank for “L” section or full ductwork
