1. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. While we aim to meet expected
delivery schedules, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Orders remain
payable regardless of delivery timing.
Shipping Method
- Orders are shipped via the most cost-effective carrier unless otherwise agreed
- Additional charges may apply for premium delivery options
Stock Availability
- Orders may be back-ordered if stock is unavailable
- Orders will be fulfilled once stock becomes available
- We are not liable for delays due to stock availability
2. Click & Collect (Pickup)

Store Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pickup Timeframes:
- Machinery: Pickup within 48–72 hours after order confirmation (subject to
precommissioning)
- Tools, Parts & Accessories: Next business day pickup
Pickup Conditions:
- Customers will be notified when orders are ready
- Goods are considered delivered once ready or collected
- Customers must arrange appropriate transport
3. Delivery Acceptance
Delivery is deemed complete when:
- Goods are delivered, or
- Goods are ready for collection
If delivery cannot be completed, additional storage and re-delivery charges may apply.
4. Returns Policy
Return Authorisation:
Returns are not accepted without prior approval.
Return Conditions:
- Goods must be unused and in original packaging
- Invoice must be included
- Return details must be provided
Return Costs:
- Return freight is the customer’s responsibility
- Risk remains with the customer
Restocking Fee:
A 15% handling fee may apply.
Credit Notes:
Issued after inspection and approval.
5. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled without written approval
- Cancellation fees may apply
- Custom items cannot be cancelled once in production
6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Goods
Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of invoice date.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Customers are entitled to remedies under Australian Consumer Law, including replacement
or refund for major failures.
