Critical Mixing Rule: Always add the oil concentrate to the water, never water to oil. Reversing this rule will prevent a stable emulsion from forming

Yield: A single 20-litre concentrate drum produces 420 litres of ready-to-use coolant when diluted at the standard 20:1 ratio.

Excision Metalium XDP1000 Soluble Coolant is a high-performance, mineral-based water-miscible cutting fluid designed for a broad spectrum of metalworking operations. Mixed at the specified 20:1 ratio (5% concentration), it functions as an exceptional general-purpose lubricant and coolant for coldsaws, bandsaws, milling machines, and lathes handling mild steels and stainless steel.
