Description:

The SM-TN-64 Tube & Pipe notcher can notch up to 64mm / 2-1/2″ OD and allows large degree angles, also has a fully adjustable axis to accommodate almost any notch combination considering the pivot moves left to right up to 220 degrees, there are two slotted mounting rails for almost any position of the bearing block, and finally we have the easily adjusted position for up and down.
Smooth movement of the shaft which glides along some internal bearings
Strong sturdy wheel handle with a small fold away handle for a easy use
Can be used in any bench vice
With self-centering vise can clamp down anywhere on tube, including the middle of bends.
Carriage pivots up to 220° left to right, so you can come from the “back side” of the notch.
Large engraved degree angle-finder helps you get those back-side notches lined up.
Heavy-duty .75” steel plate backbone and all-interlocking components create a rigid platform that reduces vibration and prolongs the life of the hole saws.
