Our Duct production line V (U Type) comprises of a integrated all in one system. Combining twin decoiler, leveller grooving unit, “V” and “口” notching unit, TDF Forming, Pittsburgh Forming, Shearing & Folding all in one. Offering all these applications in one machine increases production, reduces labour and maximising profit.
The production line electrical control part adopts full servo control; the control system has a closed-loop feedback system, Accuracy and stability were obvious improved. The maximum operating speed of 15 m / min.
Length tolerance is ±0.5mm; diagonal tolerance is ± 0.8mm.
